No more clothes on the bed

Spent the day cleaning and doing the laundry; the whites went into the washer, then the dryer and then made their way to the bed.

The colors and the darks followed that very same pattern. I had all intentions of folding and putting them away immediately after dinner. However, time was spent putting away toys and getting ready for work the next day. By the time I got back to the clothes, I was utterly exhausted so I took a shower, shoved the clothes unto the floor and hopped into bed.

Sounds familiar? Keep reading. Woke up the next morning, scoop the laundry back unto the bed and promised myself I would fold them when I got in from work….. Well surprise!!! That didn’t happen; instead, I took them across the hall, into the guest room and laid them on that bed. If you are still reading you know this routine all too well. You begin a task which takes a few days to complete because there are other task such as; making dinner and tending to the family that demands your immediate attention. Now here is the solution, I don’t do the laundry anymore: by myself that is. I use the wash and fold service at Drive-By Laundry.

The customer service is amazing. The staff is friendly yet, professional and super-efficient. Once per week the van comes by, I don’t even have to sort the laundry; I just have my baskets ready and waiting for pickup. Everything is folded neatly and smells like a cool summer’s breeze or a walk through a blooming meadow when my laundry is delivered, and all I have to do is put them away. Yes I spend a few extra dollars every week but, it’s worth every penny. I don’t have to worry about doing the laundry (washing and folding), and I am definitely loving the fact that there are no more clothes on the bed. I get to go to sleep at a reasonable time, and time that would be spent doing laundry has been designated to getting a manicure and/or pedicure on occasions. So, if you enjoy having clean, fresh smelling clothes but are stressed for time; use Drive-By laundry’s wash ‘n fold service, it’s worth every dime.
